1. About Le Chateau Frenchies
Le Chateau Frenchies is a puppy breeder/seller specializing in French Bulldogs and related services. We are committed to providing accurate information about our puppies and helping prospective owners make responsible and informed decisions.
All puppies are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update puppy listings, pricing, descriptions, photographs, and availability without prior notice.
2. Puppy Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided on our website is accurate and current. However:
- Puppy photographs may not represent the puppy’s current size or appearance.
- Colors, markings, eye color, and other physical characteristics may change as a puppy matures.
- Adult size, appearance, temperament, and personality cannot be guaranteed.
- Breed characteristics and individual development can vary from puppy to puppy.
- Any estimated adult weight or size is an estimate and is not a guarantee.
We encourage prospective buyers to ask questions and obtain any information they consider important before purchasing a puppy.
3. Puppy Pricing
The purchase price of each puppy is displayed or communicated by Le Chateau Frenchies at the time of inquiry or reservation.
Prices may vary depending on the puppy, pedigree, characteristics, availability, and other factors.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the purchase price does not necessarily include transportation, shipping, veterinary costs after purchase, registration fees, or other third-party expenses.
We reserve the right to change prices for puppies that have not yet been reserved.
4. Reservations and Deposits
A puppy may be reserved only after we have received the required reservation deposit or other payment specified by Le Chateau Frenchies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged by us.
- Deposits may be non-refundable, except where required otherwise by applicable law or where Le Chateau Frenchies agrees otherwise in writing.
- A deposit may be transferable to another available puppy at our discretion and subject to our policies.
- A puppy is not considered sold until the required purchase amount has been paid and the applicable sales documentation has been completed.
If a buyer fails to complete the purchase within an agreed timeframe, Le Chateau Frenchies may cancel the reservation and make the puppy available to another buyer, subject to applicable law.
5. Final Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the puppy is released to the buyer or transported to the buyer.
We reserve the right not to release a puppy until all required payments and documentation have been completed.
Any payment deadlines communicated to the buyer must be followed. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the reservation.
6. Health and Veterinary Care
Le Chateau Frenchies takes reasonable steps to provide puppies that are appropriately cared for while in our possession.
Where applicable, puppies may receive age-appropriate veterinary examinations, vaccinations, deworming, and other routine care before leaving our care.
The buyer is responsible for taking the puppy to a licensed veterinarian after purchase and for continuing all recommended vaccinations, parasite prevention, nutrition, and routine healthcare.
A veterinary examination before or shortly after purchase is strongly recommended.
7. Health Guarantee
Any health guarantee provided by Le Chateau Frenchies applies only according to the specific written health guarantee supplied with the puppy.
The buyer must carefully read and comply with all conditions, exclusions, deadlines, and veterinary requirements contained in that health guarantee.
Unless expressly stated in the written health guarantee, Le Chateau Frenchies does not guarantee that a puppy will never develop an illness, hereditary condition, congenital condition, or other medical issue during its lifetime.
Normal veterinary expenses, vaccinations, parasite treatment, accidents, injuries, dietary issues, environmental conditions, and conditions arising after the puppy leaves our care may not be covered.
8. Buyer’s Veterinary Examination
The buyer should arrange an examination by a licensed veterinarian as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the puppy and within any timeframe specified in the applicable written health guarantee.
If a health issue is discovered, the buyer must notify Le Chateau Frenchies promptly and provide any veterinary documentation reasonably requested.
Failure to comply with the applicable health-guarantee requirements may affect eligibility for remedies under that guarantee, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Pickup and Delivery
Puppies may be available for pickup or delivery depending on the arrangements agreed upon between the buyer and Le Chateau Frenchies.
Transportation or delivery fees may be charged separately.
Delivery dates and estimated arrival times may change because of weather, airline restrictions, transportation delays, veterinary requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Once a puppy has been released to the buyer or an agreed transportation provider, responsibility for the puppy transfers according to the applicable sales agreement and applicable law.
10. Minimum Age and Release of Puppies
Puppies will not be released before the age permitted by applicable law and our veterinary or breeding practices.
The actual release date may depend on the puppy’s health, development, veterinary recommendations, and transportation requirements.
Le Chateau Frenchies reserves the right to delay release when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary for the puppy’s health or welfare.
11. Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing a puppy, the buyer agrees to provide:
- A safe and appropriate living environment.
- Proper nutrition and clean drinking water.
- Appropriate veterinary care.
- Required vaccinations and preventative treatments.
- Appropriate exercise, training, and socialization.
- Humane treatment and responsible ownership.
- Compliance with all applicable animal-welfare and licensing requirements.
The buyer is responsible for researching whether their residence, landlord, homeowners’ association, municipality, or other authority has restrictions relating to dogs or specific breeds.
12. No Guarantee of Temperament or Future Development
Although we may provide information about a puppy’s observed personality and behavior, temperament can change as a dog grows and is influenced by genetics, training, socialization, environment, and care.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee a particular temperament, behavior, adult size, appearance, breeding ability, or suitability for a particular purpose unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
13. Breeding Rights
Unless expressly agreed in writing, the purchase of a puppy does not automatically include breeding rights.
Any breeding restrictions, registration conditions, or breeding rights applicable to a puppy will be stated in the applicable sales agreement or registration documentation.
14. Returns and Rehoming
If a buyer can no longer care for a puppy or dog purchased from Le Chateau Frenchies, the buyer should contact us before transferring ownership to another person, shelter, rescue organization, or third party.
Any return or rehoming arrangement is subject to our written agreement and applicable law.
A return does not automatically entitle the buyer to a refund unless expressly provided under the applicable sales agreement, health guarantee, or applicable law.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the cancellation and the applicable written agreement.
Deposits and payments may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and the agreed terms.
If Le Chateau Frenchies is unable to provide the reserved puppy because of circumstances within our responsibility, we may offer a replacement puppy, transfer of the payment to another available puppy, or a refund as appropriate under the applicable agreement and law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

All content on this website, including photographs, text, logos, graphics, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Le Chateau Frenchies unless otherwise stated.
